I always laugh at all the health jerks drinking bottled water. Why? Because they are ingesting tons of plastic! Please do not think I’m looking down my nose at you. I used to drink TONS of bottle water. Then one day my aunt came to visit from where there is no bottle water, only fresh ground water. She takes a drink and says, “Ugh! This tastes like plastic!” It bothered me so much that I could not tell. Between the chemicals in the city water and the plastic in the bottle water, I do not know the taste of real fresh water.

I decided to buy a water filter. The difference was incredible. I will never drink bottled water again nor drink unfiltered tap water.

Soft plastics are bad for you. They have been linked to early puberty in girls and the feminization in boys. You should avoid drinking anything from a plastic container!

Blue Buffalo makes the best cat food! We used to give our cats Purina Cat Chow. One day we decided to research which was the best cat food. After a day it seemed obvious. An all protein diet is best for a cat since that is what they would eat in the wild (with the occasional grass). Their wilderness formula is best for a very active, outdoors cat. We used their indoor formula because your cat will quickly gain if you feed the wilderness formula to a lazy indoor cat. There are no by-products in the food. Go ahead. Go to the store and check ALL the cat food there. I guarantee you that they all have either a by-product or whey, corn or something else your cat doesn’t naturally eat. This stuff is better than Science Diet. Can you imagine what kind of chemicals they are putting in the cat food to be able to guarantee you that your cat’s poo will not smell as much? They use chicken by-products as their main ingredient instead of real chicken like Blue Buffalo does.

Purina came out with some “natural” food. What a joke. The main ingredient is still a non-protein product. If you feed your cat anything else you are feeding them garbage. It’s like putting your cat on an all junk food diet. Only pet stores have Blue Buffalo like Petsmart and Petco. ANYTHING from any other store like Walmart, Target, your local grocery store, they all sell garbage. I recommend going to Petsmart since it seems that everything at Petco is $5 more expensive.

There are actually 2 other cat foods out there are very good for your cat as well. Evo and Nutro. Except that if you want your cat to die you probably want to feed them Nutro. They have been recalled quite a few times. The last time was because they had too much of a certain mineral. Read their Press Release here. and there are a horde of complaints against them also, read it here. I have never tried EVO but it is much harder to find. You probably have to go to independent pet shops to find it.

To conclude, buy Blue Buffalo. I am in no way connected to the company or any pet shops, pet stores. I don’t benefit one cent from you buying it. I just want to make sure your cat lives a long, happy and quality life and i’m sure your cat will return the favor.

EDIT: It’s been a very long time since i wrote this post and i just wanted to give you guys a heads up that the Kirkland brand cat food seems to be very good and high quality. They seem to be up there with blue buffalo. We have actually switched to the Kirkland brand because blue buffalo has been slowly decreasing the size of the bags (because customers love having the amount of product they get secretly lowered). They have also increased the price for the lowered amount. The wilderness bags have been reduced in size and i think the “regular” food has stayed the same but increased in price from about $31 when i first wrote this post to about $37 now for a 15 pound bag. you can get the Kirkland brand for about $18 for a 25 pound bag!

I found a super easy way to get Dungeon Siege working for Windows 7.
When you try to play the game a window will come up with some bull about having compatibility problems. Here is what i did to get the game working perfectly on my Windows 7 x64 (64 bit):

1. Make sure you install DirectX 9.0c since Windows 7 doesn’t come with it!
2. Install the game like normal
3. Go into the directory were you installed it probably “C:Program Files (x86)Microsoft GamesDungeon Siege”
4. Double click on DSVideoConfig.exe
5. It will probably say “Primary Display Driver – Hardware” change it to whatever video card you have. For example i would change mine to “NVIDIA GeForce 8800GTX – Hardware” DO NOT PICK THE ONE THAT SAYS “TnL”
6. you can pick whatever resolution, shadows or filtering you want and click OK
7. Now play the game!

EDIT: If you are going to play Legend of Aranna you have to go into your documents folder go into the Dungeon Siege folder open your DungeonSiege.ini file and copy the first 3 (4?) lines. Go back to documents folder and go into the Dungeon Siege LOA folder, open the DungeonSiege.ini file there and paste it over the first 3 (4?) lines there.
